This is stitched for my cousin and took me about 7 weeks. I am extremely pleased with how the fabric complimented her. More close up pictures can be found in my BLOG or ALBUM.

Circle of Friends

My first Mirabilia! :D I had so much fun with it, and I see quite a few more Miras in my future.

Some details of the original chart were changed, most notably the beads and kreinik colors on the yellow and teal dress. I preferred a cooler look for the teal dress and as such, switched out the gold beads and kreiniks for silver. I also preferred a more monochromatic look throughout and so the yellow dress has gold beads and kreiniks instead of the original teals.

ETA: I really love this fabric and wanted to show the most of it. So, we opted for no mat to showcase both the fabric and girls. We were very fortunate to have found this frame at our local Michaels and thought the style reminiscent of wood bark, which suits the whole setting of the piece.

Stitched in 2003 as a present for my MIL, this piece opened the door to linens for me.
